The Legend
The Set animal (Set animal, or Sha) is associated with the ancient Egyptian god Set and is identified with the Greek monster Typhon. This animal is not easily identifiable in the modern animal world and is considered a mythical being that did not actually exist among Egyptologists. The Set animal held significant meaning in ancient Egyptian religion, and Set was sometimes depicted in the form of a dangerous animal in various Egyptian documents.
