The Legend
The bulgasari is a monster that eats iron, and the story revolves around the protagonist Nam-hyeong, who is killed by traitors and resurrects out of his hatred to seek revenge.
In Popular Culture
The bulgasari is known as the first monster movie produced in Korea in 1962 and is recognized as the first Korean film to use special effects. This film was remade in 1985 by director Shin Sang-ok.
