Heungbu (흥부)

描述

The kind but poor younger brother who heals an injured swallow. The grateful swallow brings a gourd seed that produces gold and treasure. Contrasted with his greedy brother Nolbu, Heungbu represents virtue rewarded in one of Korea's most beloved folktales.
